Venmo complaint: No releasing funds

My complaint:

I opened a new venmo account and transferred money from my bank account into venmo. I decided to transfer a portion back to my bank account the next day. The next thing I know venmo freezes my account requires that send them additional identification and they now tell me that it will be under refiew for an additional 7 business days,. Absolutely not acceptable.

Suggested solution:

Release my funds.
