My complaint:

On Jan 4, 2022 I attempted to transfer $643 from Venmo to my banking account. I had no reason to make sure my account number was correct with Venmo as I had transferred money before without issue. Several days passed and the money never appeared in my checking account. It said the money had gone into an account ending in 7095…..however, my account ends in 1703. My account must have been hacked and someone changed my account number. Therefore, I am out of my $643. I have since corrected my account information.

Suggested solution:

They should remove the money from the 7095 and deposit into 1703.
