My complaint:
I woke up to an email stating my account has been suspended and they would notify me within 4 business days and my rent and care note was due the same week they suspended my account this has been a complete nightmare and they did this with any warning or notification and they won’t talk to you also the email stated don’t bother trying to customer service they can’t help you this is completely unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
I just want to get my money and pay my bills I should not be responsible for any late fees they should take care of any repercussions that I receive from this should be their responsibility.
Same happened to me on November 30! My bill money and my kids Xmas money. Called them and no one knows anything.
