My complaint:
I drove in to purchase a new battery and when the guy was installing it was actually talking to another employee which I figured it was about my SUV but he installed the battery the way the opposite way. It made a spark lights went out my suv did not start anymore. I planned on driving in for a new battery and driving out satisfied but instead I ended up walking out of there about half a mile to try to find a ride back home and all they told me was they’ll fix but they can’t promise me when they will fix it. That is our only vehicle, My daughter is disabled she has a very important neaurology appointment on Monday 1/8 I’m about to lose my job because of this. I need my vehicle fixed like now.
Suggested solution:
They need to fix my vehicle faster then asap I shouldn’t have to be paying somebody else to drive me around when I have my own vehicle and they just have it parked there it’s been two days now this happened at 2:30ish on 1/4/2024
