My complaint:
I had my oil change on 11/13/2023.. I drove my car for the week and then that Sunday I went to drive out and my car started acting like somethings wrong with the engine. I pulled back in the driveway, pop the hood, and there is oil everywhere all down the sides of the engine on top of the engine. So all week I drove an oil has been spewing everywhere. I have the pictures to prove it that are time stamped and then I had the manager or GM come out look at my car, and say that the coolant needs to be changed and it’s a ball joint my car ran perfectly fine until I got an oil change. I drove in the bay and drove out. With no oil anywhere I am hoping this message find someone that can set this right because I feel as if this is unfair to me as a customer. This car only has 68,000 miles on it. This is just not right. Then he says I would drive it.
Suggested solution:
Just do what’s right and fix my car
