My complaint:
I went to Valvoline to have my AC unit recharged, I had no leaks they recharged it. It was blowing very cold when they recharged my system the technician even put his hand in side the car to feel the vent, he agreed that it was blowing very cold. But when he removed the valve we heard a popping noise and all the Freon leaked out. He tried to fix it he worked on it for over an hour with no success, I think Valvoline is responsible for this error.
Suggested solution:
Have my valve leak fixed I am a loyal customer who like and respect Valvoline work. But he didn’t mean to break it but it happened and I don’t feel like I should have to pay out of pocket for his mistake.
