My complaint:
I have lived in my house 7 years now always paid over what the monthly payment was an for months I’ve not only sent proof I didn’t miss any payments but also have been treated very rudely when asked for them explain how I’m late they can’t yet recently found out they had money in an unprocessed account
Suggested solution:
Fix my credit, bring my account up to date and apologize also I want compensation
