My complaint:
I called and told them I wanted to payoff my loan because I had sold another home I had. They gave me an amt and I paid over the phone. Then I kept receiving more bills and they said I owed those also and I paid it. After the last bill they sent I asked them for a list of payments for 2021 because January was when I had wanted to pay it off. They sent me the list and it is missing about $200,000. I faxed a few proof of the missing payments that they took over the phone and mailed them and they just say they are looking into it. It has been two years now. I don’t know who to call,
