My complaint:
Fell behind a payment they were holding my insurance money from stormdamage when asked to use some to catch up on payment was refused took my money and applied it to my principal without asking me first then started for closer on me made agreement but it kept me from refinance they had no right to cause the pain and suffering
Suggested solution:
Return the money to me so I can catch up
