My complaint:
During a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy USDA locked my Acct and stopped applying payments to my account. Over $10,000 in unapplied payments. My house was not included in the bankruptcy. I’ve called, complained and nothing. I’m being ignored. Why are they holding my payments. My credit report is reporting serious delinquency and I can’t even refinance my house because my account is delinquent. How can they do this to people? What do I do?
