My complaint:
I got a Text message from someone that claims they Work for the US Bank but he couldn’t give me the correct information on who he was After the fact I spent 320 on a deposit and Insurance purposes for a $5000 Loan
Suggested solution:
They need to refund me all of my money back for a loan I never got.. I need all 320 dollars of my money they I really didn’t have to spend
