My complaint:
I admit, it is really cold in WI right now–single digits. However, your trucks should have some heating systems set up for this. The flower bouquet I received from my daughter and son-in-law for Valentine’s Day was FROZEN and the 6 roses wilted.
Suggested solution:
Refund their money or send them a free coupon for their next purchase.
