My complaint:
My Birthday gift arrived, and one stem was broken off and in the bottom of the box. The bark of the plant was scraped in several places.
Suggested solution:
replace it. I do have pictures that I took with my phone however, I do not know how to send them. My children will be here over to my condo on the weekend and they will help me, if you want pictures.
