My complaint:

The owner of UrbanStems seems to have had a number of jobs, but not for very long. It also seems that the initial capitalization was borrowed, in other words no skin in the game’. Given my experience, the prices are way too high, their order system (internet) does not work properly, and the employees are ill trained. Out of three orders not one was handled properly. With at least 18 emails, I do not find this company to be reliable or honest. I believe it was the owner’s idea that what can be so difficult delivering flowers? How about weather, bad software, not understanding the business, overcharging, and not having adequate software
