My complaint:
The delivery person just threw it on the porch. I believe it was smashed before that. I just wanted to let them know their service sucks. This was a medical item and luckily it was plastic and not the liquid that is coming later. I will contact the supply company know they should also complain.
Suggested solution:
Be better at handling and delivering packages. Ring the bell and don’t throw it.
