My complaint:
UPS never even sent my packages out of the local center for delivery. They made is all the way to the LaVergne the town next door to me and then were returned to sender (three packages over two days) and were noted that they couldn’t get a signature that’s why. They never even got on a truck to come to my house. This is blatant laziness on the part of someone who didn’t even want to try and ring my doorbell.
