My complaint:
I sent a package to El Salvador on 16 Dec 2023 with UPS with tracking number:1ZW83750679185110. I paid the amount of $170 dollars to delivery a packet to El Salvador. After been waiting for almost a month they UPS El Salvador said that I owned the amount $333.80 for get my packet delivery in El Salvador.
I contacted UPS USA they said that I need to paid that amount because they only delivery the packet to the aduana. They do not want to help me. This is absurd, because I sent package in many shipping company this is the first time that they expect to pay two times for the same package.
