My complaint:
Ive been complaining the very same day when ulta said my product was delivered. But the product was not delivered and they provide some random proof as the delivery of package . I’m trying to explain the package was not delivered and might have delivered to the wrong address. They are not listening to me. I want to file a case against ulta for stealing my money!
Suggested solution:
By refunding the amount.
