My complaint:
I purchased a travel spray perfume and it was empty! Next day went to get my refund and store manager said NO AND I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR HER WALKED AWAY SO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WITH ZERO AUTHORITY TO PORTRAY as a supervisor she YELLED YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT AND GOODBYE PLEASE GO NOV 27 AND NO CALL JUST COUNTLESS AUTOMATED EMAIL M FROM ONE TOO MANY EMPLOYEES FROM ULTA I HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH NO RESPECT YELLED AT TREATED AS IF I WAS LYING I AM OVER HAVING PATIENCE
