My complaint:
This is the third time I’ve made an appointment at Ulta- all others even a reschedule were all cancelled by the store at the last minute. I finally got an appointment today and the technician has taken 2.5 hours to place a highlight on my hair and now states she has to leave mid service because she doesn’t feel good. This is just unbelievable to change stylists mid service and now have to describe what I want all over again. I just want a refund and be done with it and never give my business here again.
