My complaint:
This store tried to help and actually called me back my real issue is with the customer service department that I had to call, and was on hold for 30 minutes as my email changed and I could not get ation or tracking info on my order, I have spent over 2 hrs dealing with this over 2 days not to mention the lack of knowledge staff,I want the CEO to read this and see what his now ex customers go thru.
