My complaint:
I placed an online order using my “points” and the order did not go through. My debit card was charged twice. I asked customer service if I would receive a notification that my points were replaced, she said no, they just will just show up. I was on Reddit and there were several complaints from 2-3days ago of the same situation happening with other Ulta customers.
Suggested solution:
Send a ation e-mail.
