My complaint:
I was in the ultra beauty store in Southlake Texas today 8/5/23 around 4:30pm and I was looking at the different items I grabbed my lipstick that I wanted and then looked at some other stuff and then I purchased the lipstick. The store had a display of a perfume called alien at the front on the way out of the store I picked up the travel size perfume to see if it was the intense that I like and it wasn’t so I put it back. 1 mins later the Southlake, Texas cops opened my car door and handcuffed me later after cuffing me and putting me on the ground they said they got a call that I was shoplifting they had me in cuffs in front of the ultra store on the ground I’m embarrassed I have anxiety and it’s a demise of my character as customers walked past me while I’m cuffed and on the ground in front of your store. I have never had any legal charges I do not steal and for your workers to falsely accuse me of stealing I’m humiliated beyond belief.
