My complaint:
I spoke with several agents . 1st agent seemed like she was trying to help . Connection was lost agent did not call back after 13 minutes . Connection was lost before any interaction on my 1st call. . I called back asked for a supervisor. Spent 45 minutes going round and round with this person . He kept telling me what he couldn’t do . Refused to transfer me to his manager or give me a name . He also refused to give me a valid for the corporate office . The provided on site is the I called with no option to reach corporate customer relations
Suggested solution:
Want to speak with corporate customer service . Worst experience with customer service. Not helpful my reason for calling was not addressed
