My complaint:
The main address Preston ridge crossing in Frisco Texas refuse to refund my money with the original receipt was rude disrespectful and said that she didn’t have time for me as she was walking away second employee told me I was going to have to deal with it and said goodbye leave now it’s been 15 days and no one has returned my call no refund this is unacceptable unprofessional and unethical
Suggested solution:
Apologizing refund and making me feel like I\'m a customer and not someone that they disregard with disrespect
