Ubisoft complaint: Locked out of account

My complaint:

As part of their security, they asked for a password reset but insist on sending it to an old email account which is no longer accessible for me to update my password. Getting them to read your email request to update your email to login to your account is impossible after at least 9 official online requests with ticket number I keep getting no reply and cannot access my account. No response equal no support and all the games they have taken my money for are now not accessible so I will never purchase any game in the future that uses Ubisoft as it is obvious customers do not matter.

Suggested solution:

Answer my email, but not with automated reply's saying please read our help files. Need a human to understand your problem or is this too much to ask a company for.
