My complaint:
I cancelled my Ubisoft account and they charged me anyways and I can’t even delete my account until after the subscription and demand me to provide screen shots like I was prepared for this petty nonsense and won’t refund or do anything but keep dragging it out
Suggested solution:
I want my money and my account deleted I am done
