Ubisoft complaint: Charged but not received in game currency

My complaint:

I’ve logged a support ticket with ubisoft where they charged me for a pack of currency in game however not provided me with the currency itself.

It’s been a whole week and got not a single response from them.

They are quick to charge but take ages to deal with issues

I would like my money refunded asap!

Suggested solution:

Provide me with a refund as soon as possible and improve their response time!!
