My complaint:

I can’t deal with this account recovery process, it’s always the same cycle: open ticket, send proof of ownership, wait for answear, same bot answear, we are going to send you an Email to your account to prove your ownership, I can’t, then the same copy and paste we’re sorry …, lastly reopen another ticket
Last year in March during an Esports event I got a Trojan that stole my account, I have 2FA activated, but it never sent me anything, Epic, Origin and all got me my account back, but Ubisoft, after I prove proof of payment and creation of an Ubisoft account, they always close the case, and they always insist that I either logg into my account or answear to the Email they sended to my account,
AS THAT IS NOT MY ENTIRE POINT, How can I log in if a hacker violated my account and changed all passwords and emails, I keep telling them that but they don’t even read what I say
By far Ubisoft support is the worst type of help that I received in any platform, my account Is GHOSTSIGUE, created in 20/06/2022(Priviusly called GHOSTSEGUE), my account contained Assassin Creeds Origins(obtained in 08/09/2022, Also my profile picture) R6 Sigue(obtained in 07/06/2023) and others(maybe brawlhalla)
If I made any mistakes in my email it’s because I’m not a native English speaker
