My complaint:
Cycling along Sauchiehall st in Glasgow’s cycle path and saw your driver with one hand on his sat nav,(both eyes on it also)not concentrating and swerved into my path.concequently making me swerve to avoid and falling off my bicycle.Daylight hours.no apology,instead verbal racist abuse. Shocking behaviour from a so called (taxi)driver. Never got a number or reg but the Uber sign on his back window told me everything I needed to know. Amateurs.
Suggested solution:
Don’t think they can or would.probobly only deny it!
Ha,next question is “add a photo as proof“ as if I could do that at the time.
