My complaint:
I ordered an Uber to pick up my boyfriend and bring him home because he had my car and it overheated. The Uber driver drove slowly past him, turned around, came back and told him he couldn’t give him a ride because he wasn’t at the right location. The location ed by Uber was Bubbling Brook Road in Walpole and that’s exactly where he was. As soon as you turn on to Bubbling Brook Road he was standing right there beside my car.
Suggested solution:
I want to know why they employ and tolerate racist drivers.
