My complaint:
When I reserved an UBER I was told that my money would be recharged back to my PayPal account. The money never was charged back. The line items on my bill changed from reservation fee being $39.00 to being $10.00 and the ride (5 miles) went from being $10.00 to $39.00. I emailed UBER multiple times to be ignored. I was then answered in October to be told I was too late to submit a complaint.
I have all the documents and emails available. They are a scam, this company is. I will never use them again. Never give a company like this access to your PayPal account.

Refund my reservation fee of $39.00
