My complaint:
I had a ride with Uber and I was sent a taxi. When we arrived at the destination, the driver mentioned that he has not received any online payment and i need to pay cash. However, I noticed that afterwards, I got charged on my card as well.
Uber support keeps giving me the same response over and over again saying that I should not have paid cash and they are unable to issue a refund. I have sent them multiple messages but they simply copy and paste the same response without offering and explanation.
Suggested solution:
They should immediately refund my card and compensate me for the huge amount of hassle I have gone through within the past few days dealing with their horrible customer service.
