My complaint:
I took an Uber yesterday who didn’t pick or drop me off in the right location, yelled at me, used profanity and when I got in the car his first question was “are you going to throw up?” Which he says he asks all his riders. I complained about this incident to Uber and only got a 5.00 voucher when I asked for a full refund which makes me believe you don’t take rider safety seriously
