My complaint:
I made a reservation on August 13th to be picked up at 5AM on Sunday Aug. 15th. The driver never arrived. After waiting 12,hour and also attempting to get another driver, I had to drive my car to LAX to try to make my 7AM flight. I scrambled to find parking and barely made my flight. Clearly, your reservation system does NOT work. I am also a travel journalist and will write about this horrible experience.
Suggested solution:
No need. Will never use Uber again
