My complaint:
On 22/09/2023 I ordered and used an Uber taxi invoiced at 13.56. My account was charged 13.91 and 27.47 on 22/09/2023. I complained to customer services and they refunded me 13.91. I wrote saying thank you but the refund is not enough as I was still paying 27.47 for a 13.56 taxi ride. Customer services say the matter is resolved and refused to answer my further messages to them. I requested a phone number and a formal complaints form but they do not respond.
