Uber complaint: Driver lied that I, the rider was not wearing a mask. Yet driver cancelled trip without arruving

My complaint:

Assigned Uber driver cancelled trip. Uber map showed vehicle to be 600 ft from pick up locale. I, the rider, walked beyond the 600 ft and vehicle was not present or in view.
Driver responded that I was not wearing a mask. How would he know that, if he was not present and therefore could not see me and cancelled trip? I am a safety industry employee who wears a mask up to 18 hours per work day. Therefore, I was wearing my mask and did not take it off while waiting for Uber. For the record, at time of ride order, I was asked to check box for wearing a mask which I indeed marked.

Suggested solution:

Reprimand the driver for his lie and correct any negative score pertaining to rider. I will be taking personal legal action against driver and Uber if my score is negatively affected. I am one of the few riders who consistantly tip above 20%. I use Uber all over the world as I travel 360 days per year!
