My complaint:
I feel uber act towards me as if i have no freedom and under constant control . I am polite and behave well but no matter what i am accused by unprofessionallisim and got score of 60%. But no report of wjat has made such a rating?
Few days ago i had to take food delivery from Chipolette mecican food. Food was in delivery rack but had no recepit and only customer name ‘Taylor had written with blue ink on the bag. It was suspecious to me. i asked merchant if this bag belong to this particular customet and if order is complete for delivery? Merchant told me that food is ready to deliver. THERE WAS NO SEAL ON THE FOOD BAG FROM MERCHANT. on time of delivery and on customer’s door step as soon as door was opened customer’s dog ran out and jumped on me and was asking to be petted. I pet the dog as i love animals but found behavior of customer as disregard of for delivery staff. It is not everyone like to be touched by animals and that too in this Corona time that many people are not happy to be touched by animals. I was contacted by uber that customer has complained that food seal was tampered by me and this is serious and if this happen again i loose previlage using uber app which was such insult . I informed uber in details about the incident. Still such insulting lies about me in their app although uber had promised to remove such false and damaging report from my record. and was only asked to report such incident to uber There was no appology from uber for harassing me without reason. I found their action is very nasty and not respectful as there was no seal to be tampered and i will never do such act. Such remark make me very unwell. Still my record on their app is affected by this harassement and i am not getting any customer.
Suggested solution:
Respect dricers. Do not damage reputation by just hearing the customer but also drivers. I need freedom to work. i get affraid to work because no matter what i do seem to be not enough . I should not get affraid to work. People are sitting in my car if they dont like it they can get another ride or delivery but they can not lie about my behavior . If customer is insulting or disregarding driver safety then it should be adressed by uber too. Zero tolorance for disrespect. Uber appear dictotrate and dose try to ruin someone reputation and earning and forget that uber is just a platform but car and labour is from driver so driver is not slave of uber and need to be respected. uber makes me unwell with false accusation and dose not let me earn.
