Uber complaint: without know complain suspend my app

My complaint:

I worked uber since 3 years and working with good rating and nice comments from customers. suddenly uber suspense my app which I can not login. It happens while I am working time at city which means I already given my 9 hrs time on that day but suddenly on working time where I am away from my house more than 1 hr engaged my time working with uber.
This is not way without any reason to suspend to my app can not login . They send me text message to my help app saying you have a complain from customer but not written properly who is customer and what happen with customer without any reason and time of trip concerns. I request on email please provide which trip with customer i did wrong ? But uber still don’t want to tell what type of complain and who complain about . if I know I can tell truth what happen exactly? That day when I worked on this Saturday, I didn’t do any wrong . There is nothing happen? If I wrong , uber should give me notified and warning while working time then i can contact them but they did unnoticed block my app while on working time around 1:00 pm at city area where I am working? Actually they did unethical and monopoly what they want ? They treat like salvage. we are not salvage what they want . This is totally in behaviour manner policy to the driver without any reason and investigation to believe customers complain. I request before please provide us camera for reason to make proof what happen ? But they don’t want because hiring too many and uncountable driver so they don’t care to driver even drivers are full time or not . And please check commission policy how much they are taking from customers and drivers ? This is time to investigate uber company policy?

Suggested solution:

company don’t want to give me any proof what is happen and who is the customer complain about even they don’t have contact number directly. They just said email us. Please I want to know about the complain and who complain for what reason? If i don’t know or if i don’t do nothing ? I just requested uber please call me if i can not allow to call you but still don’t want ? They blamed me community behaviour but I don’t know what is about ? please i need help from you to call uber what is a complain?
