My complaint:
I was Ubering on 6/30 and was T-boned in an accident and suffered both physical and property damages. Although I was not at fault and that other insurance company is not being honest and responsive, Progressive deems it necessary to charge me a $2500 deductible for a accident I did not cause and furthermore I did not sign or ever agree to this coverage or else I would have NEVER agreed to Uber. Not at all worth it. I have a lawyer for the proper damage part of things but if I am left being responsible for this deductible I will be suing Uber.
Suggested solution:
Waive the deductible or make the AT FAULT party responsible.
