My complaint:

We reserved an Uber for a 4am ride to the airport. Driver never showed which made us late and we almost missed our flight. We’re forced to park in the airport garage which is $30day. We’re asking Uber to share in the fee for parking which is going to be $150. We feel half the fee or $75 would be fair. We’re also amenable to receiving the amount in the form of a credit for future use.
