My complaint:
Ordered food at about 15:30. They charged my credit card, I made plans based on that committment.
Finally at abou 16:50(ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER) I received an email that said they couldn;t deliver.
After waiting all that time, for any delivery, or comment, It was a bit late to start making other plans, and to call off my guest.
LOUSY SERVICE!
