Uber complaint: Dropped off 7 miles from my scheduled location

My complaint:

We were in Florida to go on a cruise. We scheduled an uber to pick us up from the Hotel to take us to the port. The uber driver picked us up on time. The entire trip he was on his phone talking to someone. He pulled over at a port that was not the one we were suppose to be at and got our luggage out put it on the side of the road. We tried to communicate with him that we were not in the correct spot. In fact w were 7 miles from our port. He not once got off the phone and didn’t respond to our conversation that we were in the wrong place. He left. We walked to the closest person we could find and he told us we were no where near where we needed to be. They told us to call the driver and have him come back. We didn’t have a number to get a hold of anyone. I contacted UBER through the app and they gave me $5.00 in UBER credit. I paid close to $80 for this trip to get to our ship on time and we didn’t get there. UBER thinks they have done nothing wrong. In there policies it states you are entitled to a partial or full refund if your completed trip is not within walking distance.

Suggested solution:

I think at this point they should refund my trip. I have tried multiple ways to get someone to communication with me and tried to get some kind of result so this doesn't happen again.
