My complaint:

I am a regular Uber user in Jacksonville, NC. I take Uber to and from my work at Taco Bell on Gumbranch Rd often. Today I (for the first time ever) messaged the driver to cancel as I had another ride offer. He was inconvienenced for less than two minutes and I have a $12 dollar cancellation fee on my checking account that fast! Guess Yellow Cab gets my business from now on. I’ll share my experience. This is insane.
