I am writing this email because of a serious issue I have been facing since a very long time… Most of the time the trip gets cancelled by the drivers and even that happens 4 times consecutively by different drivers. My phone number is registered on Uber app is 9999169776.
Yesterday I ordered a trip and again it happens drivers cancelled the trip 2 times….
I would like to complain against the drivers and i would like to file a proper complain and would like a proper apology from those drivers and i would like uber to take action against those drivers. Supreme court has taken the action on ola drivers this month. There should be a strict punishment for those drivers who don’t understand the importance of customers time. Some time it is really urgent to reach somewhere and we do not reach because our cab gets cancelled so many times by those bastered drivers…..

Suggested solution:
there should not be any option to the drivers to cancel the trip if they are taking the ride they will have to complete the ride.
