My complaint:
Yesterday at 1 Welbeck street London I tried four times to book an Uber cab over a protracted length of time. Each time the driver eventually cancelled the pick up. Today I have been contacted by my credit card company and I have been charged for some of the cancellation’s. This is unacceptable and wrong.
After the fourth driver cancelled I gave up trying to use uber and had to use the tube at Bond Street. This will impact on choices of transport I make in the future and advice and recommendations to friends an colleagues.
I understand now why the music media company I work for use Addison Lee
