Uber complaint: Driver never showed up

My complaint:

The driver was suppose to be a minute away. He never showed up. The first time I called him it went to voicemail. I called him again this time he answered and said there had been a mixup of what I have no idea. He said he would cancel the ride and I could place another pick up. Which I did and it took another 12-14 minutes to get the ride. Uber wasted 30 minutes of my time . They need to remove the$15.79 for a ride that never occurred. Their website is a joke because if you have a problem which is not on their list you have no way of giving it to them. They obviously don’t want to hear about their problems. Such very poor service.

Suggested solution:

Refund the $15.79 charge
