My complaint:
I scheduled a ride hours before I needed to be picked up. My driver sent me a message that he was on his way and then the app said that they were looking for another driver. I eventually got another driver but it was over a half an hour hour after my scheduled ride. This caused me to miss my train to work and caused me to be late for work and Uber charged me over 10 dollars more then I was quoted for my original ride. This email was sent through complain.biz
Suggested solution:
Have a customer service rep respond back and compensate me for my troubled morning. I have been a frequent Uber passenger for years.
