My complaint:
I made 7 deliveries so far that day and i noticed the amount of money wasn’t going up with every delivery. So i looked in the wallet. I only have 4. I stop driving during hot time and call customer service. After five hours and 22 hang ups, customer service that tells me i have to wait 72 hours and it will magically fix itself. There was a glitch in the system. You can drive for the weekend but you won’t be paid for any of the trips either.
Suggested solution:
So the only suggestion that could possibly happen is to fix the app and pay your people properly. Not one of my orders is the amount that i accepted. Those two numbers are NEVER the same and should match 100 percent of the time with reality of zero percent 10 times out of 10. You shouldn't have to beg for the money you legally earned and mutually agreed upon.
