My complaint:
I received the wrong order from Coop through Uber eats. I tried the section help from the app and sent picture with the wrong items and it’s been over 4 hours and had no answer. I tried calling and it doesn’t work, the phone lines are just for active orders apparently.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the money or deliver the right products and come and collect these ones. I don’t need these, I don’t want to keep them. I paid for different items.
